What Clients Say About Us

TESTIMONIALS

In the past 10-12 years Hunter Engineering has changed over our painting systems from wet spray to powder coating in both our manufacturing plants in Mississippi. PCC and Nick Liberto have been an integral part of our planning, specification and implementation team for these transitions. We rely on Nick and his team for advice on equipment, powder specification, operator training, system operating procedures and system maintenance. We have gone to them several times over the last decade with difficult coating problems and PCC has always responded with good advice and a willingness to help.

Powder Coating Consultants have supported IMEC in our Powder Coat Process for the past nine years. During that time, Nick and his team have offered support and services that met our needs to improve our Powder Coat processing. PCC not only does an outstanding job of achieving desired results on projects, but have always been available to provide support for those small issues that can develop as well.

Eric L Merriman
IMEC

I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for the great help and assistance given to us by you and your company (PCC) for our new bicycle (BCA) factory in South Carolina

We are delighted with the choices we have made together in choosing a state of the art powder coating facility. Meeting with more than 20 companies was incredibly confusing and complicated and your expertise guided to us to a great decision. We look forward to your continued involvement during the installation and testing this Fall.

Right-sizing your finishing system” was the name of the conference I attended when I first met Nick Liberto and the PCC team. The year after, they analyzed our production data to write down a specification. The document drawn up for potential suppliers described in detail the powder coating system best suited to our needs. Since the start-up of that system in 2012, we have had the opportunity to work with them several times and I strongly recommend them to any company struggling with finishing quality or capacity issues.

PCC was an invaluable resource when we converted to powder. They helped us specify, select, install, and start two coating lines. Nick and his associates then followed up with training, documentation, and process audits. Fourteen years later we still depend on them for answers.
